The support and customer service is sadly lacking at this business. Bought a 1000 laptop on 30 March 20, three weeks later had a BSOD error. Attended and was advised it would cost 198 to reload Win10. I bought this laptop for my 82yr mother, so that she could keep in contact with family while in lockdown. I told the technician and tried to appeal to any form of community spirit or genuine customer service , he was not interested. I would not recommend this business if you expect any form of support after your purchase.
Not interested to help at all very disappointing for a pc shop to act .only wanted us to spend above what we said we had at the time pushed for a more expensive system wich we said we didn't have and no help at all really.not interested in helping out at all
The chap was very helpful after I told him what had happened to my old computer & told me of a very cost effective solution to resolve the situation.
In regards to the customer service, the person at the front did not even understand the difference between USB cable and RJ45! Went to buy an EPSON thermal printer with LAN and got the one with the cable. Asked the person multiple times on the same and he said we cannot even exchange the product. Called them up many a times on 13/4/2020 at 12:30 PM when the shop was open but did not receive a response. Please train your front staff on the basics of computer technical literacy! Thanks!

We had a very good experience while buying a new laptop for what we feel was a reasonable price. Dipesh was very helpful in explaining anything which we asked and had the laptop setup ready to go within 24 hours. Also we know that we can get help if needed in the future. Thanks Arrow.
