I originally hired Warren from Warm Springs because of his customers opinions. So pleased I did. As another customer said he doesn’t give up & won’t let a problem beat him. He fixed a complicated job for me was always responsive & on time. Then returned for a minor problem for no charge (I didn’t ask he offered) Very professional service & would be happy to recommend to others.
I highly recommend Warren, he provides a fantastic service and always finds the most economical solution for your pool/spa needs! A quick responder and fast worker. Warren has been most helpful over the last few months in reviving my old spa which required a new filter, new pump and some leaks fixed! Warren got our spa back in working condition after only 2 visits - one of identifying the issue and another to get it running. He repaired the heater and pump which were faulty. He was very honest and did not try to upsell or push us into more expensive items, as we told him we could not spend much on this job. He was also extremely helpful and polite.
So happy with the service Warren gave us. Can not recommend him more. He arrived exactly on time diagnosed the problem perfectly and repaired our spa within a couple of days which included going out of his way to secure the parts required. Thanks mate.
