Was rude and helpless, instead of find the way to work it out one of the staff member was trying to provoke the customer and not listening or understanding the problem. I got a phone on payment plan and I had it on Wednesday 20/3/2019. One of the staff member who served us that day said with the Insurance for the phone the first 30 days is free but the month after that will charge with fee so she will drop the insurance for the phone after 30 days and the remind message will be send one day before it’s going to expired. If we want to keep the insurance we have to let them know otherwise it will be cancelled out of the system. As today Friday 19/04/2019 I didn’t receive any reminding message about the insurance so I choose to call to let them know I wanna keep the insurance. Apparently I spoke with a different person who served me the other day. This person said to me cause I’m not the account holder and It the insurance is expired already. We can’t do nothing cause it’s public holiday too. I was trying to explained the story to her to demand to talk to the person Served me before. This staff member said to me we cannot do anything at this stage blah blah blah..... I would give 0 if it has for rating. Very rude and unresponsive
