I had my first dealing with Vision City by G & M Eyecare yesterday. They were AMAZING! My infant daughter was diagnosed with a congenital squint on Monday and has 2 months to see if it can be corrected by glasses otherwise she has to go in for surgery. I went to multiple optometrists who couldn’t get glasses in for 2 to 4 weeks minimum. They pulled out all the stops and did them same day so that we get a good chance for the glasses to work. I am so grateful to have found them.

Michael Tran was a great optometrist, took precautions against COVID, was friendly and informative. Front Office staff were very helpful, they maximised my health fund and provided a discount to help reduce my out of pocket costs. My special order lenses on my own frame I brought in came in a week, and I bought another pair of frames and lenses. Got 2 pairs of glasses with lenses for about 700 out of pocket after my health fund benefits. Very happy with the service and my new glasses!

Simply the best for customer service. The team here are friendly and highly professional. They also grind many lenses on site, so have quick turnarounds, and can do great repair work. I have been going here 10 years and have never had a negative experience.

I went there because I had lost one of the nose pads on my glasses. They were very nice, replaced both nose pads with better ones and refused any payment. AND they have a great range of frames.
