My husband picked up my nieces engagement gift ( a wooden game). The lettering is so small and makes no sense. It cost 44.00 to have 4 letters and 8 numbers engraved onto wood. At the time we dropped it off a gentleman was picking up an etched crystal decanter that was etched on one full side for only 36.00. When I queried the cost I was told “it was because I was engraving on two sides”. My husband is fuming that their gift is ruined and I am unsure how to fix it without replacing it entirely
