Nice apartment block that overlooks Canberra, especially mount Ainslie. Very central and only short distances to walk into city centre. Building is not very soundproof as night club 88 can be heard very loudly keep one up all night. There is also a lot of water issues- leaking from window when raining, leaking in the underground carpark (all levels). If you had a small hole in a pipe like in my apartment, then your entire apartment gets flooded and all floorboards and capets have to be replaced. Builders rarely come back and if they do its not for another 5 months- still waiting for someone to fix the skirting boards and some missing wall patches and to reattach a sink. Concierge's are nice and the apartment is animal friendly.
