Outstanding customer service. Staff Name is "Jessi ". She was really good and have enough knowledge about glasses. She knows and catch very well what is customer looking for & what glasses can give you good look. I recommend to her ( Jessi ). She is good asset for Specsavers Canberra branch.

Most appalling experience ever! I took time off work to go and see them and only to be told by them that my appointment was cancelled. They never called or took my phone call telling me that my time was not as important of one Mr Leo freaking Rice! They were apparently “too busy” to inform me of this cancellation... genius dumbos!!! Never going back there again! Too inconvenient a location to go to in the first place... WASTE of TIME and MONEY!!! Grrrrrr

Optomerist was good- efficient and well informing to the changes in my script and what difference it will make. Emma was outstanding! Made choosing glasses and sunnies an effortless event. Extremely happy with her service!! (Give this girl a pay rise or something!)

My wife had an eye test today at spec savers, Canberra Centre. Jimmy was unprofessional and impatient. His attitude was unreasonable. Worst part is, he pressurised her so much she started crying, she couldn't do the test properly and he ended up saying that your test is inconclusive. Definitely will not go back.

Amy is terrific. Attentive, took the time to explain things, and friendly (even though she upsold me something - but that's just the game with these chain stores). However - avoid Jimmy Park at all costs. Terrible bedside manner, no empathy and complete disinterest throughout. It's worth going if you can find an optometrist other than Jimmy.
