Multiple issues were raised in a newly built home, requested to fix the issues, all they do is pointing at other people for the fault instead of investigating properly. We had to get a third party to investigate the issue with footage to confirm its on the builder and requested the builder to fix it. They still refused to do until we had to seek a legal advise from the lawyer. During the investigation by the builder side, the worker confirmed that it was their fault during the process. But the builder emailed us after that saying it was actually our fault and they have rectified the matter as ‘out of good will’ which it actually it was their fault and it should have been covered under the warranty anyway. If you want to have a good builder for your home, do not use this company unless you want to go through the nightmares. I really hope this won’t happened to any other people.

I have built two homes with Ruiz Constructions . Eddie, Pep and the team were always courteous and helpful . They were very accommodating throughout the whole process. Never had any problems with them or any of the tradies that worked onsite. Would definately recommend them if you are looking for a professionally opeeated family owned company who can build a high quality house.
Nothing but great....Excellent service, adjust to the need of customers and great after sales/completion service.. Build our house in Yarralumla..no complaints at all....
