We order the pork ramen. It has too much oil. I won't go there for the second time. Beware of the trading hours: sunday and monday closed, tuesday and wednesday only open for the dinner.

I ordered the Pork Tori Paitan Ramen and Fries & Ramen gravy. The chicken broth was perfect, not overpowering. The charred pork belly was delicious. Flavourful and beautiful. My favourite was the pickled mushroom. The texture took this ramen to the next level. I don't think I've had this particular taste before and I loved it. Topped with a soy egg. The fries was salty and delicious. Very Asian inspired. I would definitely go back to try the rest of the menu.
Somehow the oil looks green. Soba ramen is still half-raw. No service at all. Quite a typical sino-japonica ramen shop. The black stuff tastes like LAO GAN MA.
The broth is rich and a bit creamy, slightly sweet too. The noodles have a nice bite and the pork is delicious - truly aesthetically pleasing yet presents deep flavours with each bite. I tried their Fries and Ramen Gravy, they extremely generous with the serving of fries. The gravy has a strong meaty flavour. (Sadly, I didn’t take a picture cause I ate it all before realising it.)
Great taste in general. The place is a food court and you need to pay and get the dish at the counter. The taste is different from traditional ramen and more like a combination of western food and Japanese ramen. I really like Dan Dan noodle. The chips with seaweed powder and ramen gravel is perfect. Love the food here.
Good food taste experience Must return here again
Too pricey for that small portion. I guess they try to made ramen like a delicate dish but failed. All the food in the verity lane was more like gimmick.
Got the chicken katsu rice bowl, added some chilli oil, amazing!
