Had my eye examination done at OPSM Canberra Centre at 20/3/21 4:30pm. I had my own frame, after the examination, I was quoted 224 for a pair of multicoat lens. I shopped around Dresden Vision only charges 109 or a pair of multicoat lens. So I posted my frame and prescription to Dresden Vision, got an email back from Dresden saying that I need Pupil Distance measurement, which was not on the prescription. I called OPSM up on 24th at 1:43pm asking if i I need to make another booking. Was told by a gentleman that i can just come and any of the salesperson can do it, no booking necessary. I went back to OPSM Canberra Centre on 25th 4:40PM, was admonished by this rude old Asian lady for more than 10 minutes for how it is not their job, that if I didn't buy glasses from them they have no obligation to measure my PD. Walked out after this terrible experience. Edit: I measured the PD myself using GlassesOn app in 1 minute. Very happy with the app.

I had an eye test with Tara Muralitharan. Could not stop looking at her she’s so good looking. Her eyes are something else. I would give myself eye problems just to go in and see her regularly!

Their ophthalmologist, Victoria, was great, but sales staff did not show any interest in serving customers. He did not suggest any pair of glasses after my eye test, but asked me to look around the shopping mall to find a right frame. So I left and went to Specsavers where two sales staff approached me and provided customer services..

Have been here on a quite Wednesday morning about 20 mins for a designed brand glasses but No one helped me At All. What a shocking service! About 6 or 7 staffs there, maybe I'm not welcomed.

Customer service was excellent. Had an assistant Rowan who was accommodating and help me alot. Ask for him when you go in store.
