I was very disappointed with the service. I don’t know the driver’s name but he was very rude to me. I did booking on 15/04/2021 and the bus was going from Sydney to Canberra at 10 am. When I told him someone else is setting in my seat could you please double check the seat number he just gave me the look and said it’s not my problem. Seriously to whom i’m gonna ask about my concern. His attitude was very bad. I just went back to bus and seat down in some random seat hoping he will come and help but no he didn’t came back. Next when the bus stopped in airport and some other travellers board in. It was a complete mess and so inconvenient. Rather then solving the problem he just avoided the situation. I think he should leave the job if he isn’t really happy working there.

Just the best! I have commuted from Nowra to Canberra on many occasions, for many years and the Service is faultess! Ray has done the Canberra/South Coast and return run for years! He is just fabulous! Nothing is too much trouble from the time he welcomes you aboard!
This is a great way to get between Sydney and Canberra or visa versa Coach left exactly at the scheduled time and arrived 10 minutes early Coach is comfortable and has free wifi Drivers are always courteous
Great that you can book an extra seat next to you. Variable experience in that the return vehicle was very bumpy making laptop work impossible, in contrast to the smooth ride to my destination. Good alternative to flying which is disruptive with security checks, waiting around etc.
Wasn't my best ride. However nice and peaceful. Have had friendlier drivers, not very helpful either, Overall not bad.
May cancel your journey on short notice. Will offer you a refund at least.
