I first tried Kendra’s yoga classes a few years ago, and it was a transformative experience. The physical is just one component of the practice, and with Kendra’s guidance my mind was opened up to the other 7 limbs of yoga. For me, it wasn’t just an exercise regime. You won’t get pretzel shaped asanas here! But what you will get is a practice which centres around mindfulness and tools to let go of all the stress and worry which circulates through your mind each day. I always thought I was ‘bad’ at meditation. I tried the apps, and could stick with it for a moment before I’d feel that pull - taking me to the list of things I need to do that day, ruminating on disagreements with loved ones, etc. When I combined the physical practice of asanas and breath work, I finally started to understand. It’s still a struggle, but with Kendra’s guidance and optimism I begin to unpack and learn more each day. She’s a true treasure, and I continually feel gratitude for learning from her.

I started yoga with Kendra when I was getting frustrated and stressed with various demands on my time. I have never tried yoga. The closest is stretch classes which involve some body awareness and balance, but without the mindfulness or the relaxation. Kendra is very kind and engaged, and obviously has a passion for her subject. I find it sooo hard to pack up after a Friday morning session and go back into the world. Maria
Yoga with Kendra is so much more than just an exercise class. I have found it to be an enjoyable practice, deeply meditative, and emotionally balancing experience. She is a very intuitive yoga instructor, and I've benefited greatly from her classes. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great teacher.
I took up yoga following a knee surgery as part of my rehabilitation program. I found in Kendra's yoga class a lovely, gentle, graduated program aimed at achieving and maintaining strength and flexibility of both mind, body and spirit. My yoga practice, through Kendra and her teaching, has been one of the best things I have done for myself. I love starting my week at yoga with Kendra.
I love my Monday morning Yoga sessions with Kendra. These Yoga classes set me up for the week ahead. Kendra also has helped me with some Reflexology sessions to get through some difficult issues. Kendra has guided me through some one on one Yoga sessions - these are fantastic....they have made it easy for me continue my Yoga practice at home.
I've been going to Kendra's classes for about 4 years now and it's something I look forward to every week. It's the time of the week that I get to focus just on myself and I definitely think anyone would benefit from this. Kendra has a lovely calming presence; her experience allows her to teach persons at all levels and I especially like that she is able to adjust the postures to suit all bodies!
Attending a meditation class with Kendra is really helping me to develop my meditation practice. She has a lovely calm and mindful manner which helps you to feel the same. She is very inspiring - I hope one day to also be calm and mindful like Kendra.
I have been going to Kendra's Yoga for 18 months now. This is a record for me as I have never stuck to any exercise programme this long in my life. I find it relaxing and beneficial and enjoy going.
