Agent didn't communicate well and telling us to clean the windows when there is drew on them, in the middle of winter. When telling lease was up, no response until the last inspection when the assume we were going to take up another year for the lease, and proceed to tell us that we gave no notice, and no apology after the fact we gave a string of emails back saying that we did. Never again dealing with these people. But of snobs tbh
