Appointment is always on time, never had to wait long. However, the team that are responsible for making appointments over the phone need to be clear that student card does count as concession if it is FULL TIME Study. I was studying part-time then switched to full load (4 units) which count as full time. I couldn't find the statement anywhere that says FULL time study not even on the Commonwealth HECS statement. So I showed the lady the study interface which clearly states that I am doing 4 units this semester. Additionally, every time I went in and used the same ID no one said anything about it up until now. Yes I should have gotten my student ID updated to avoid this problem. But the inconsistency is not good, having one person saying it's fine while another person said it's not. Not blaming this lady whatsoever, she was just doing her job and following the procedure, but I was just very annoyed of the inconsistency.
