Im very dissapointed with the lady over the phone who spoke with me just now.I dont remember her name she was so rude to me she needs training how to speak I was talking nicely and she didnt let me finish my conversation she has 0 patience which is worthless for receptionist specially in medical sector.The way she spoke to me was really disgraceful. Anyway I managed to control my aggression.

Not a good experience. After the scan they advised us that they can’t bulk bill even though doctor requested bulk bill. Have to pay 260 which is too much.. Won’t recommend anyone. They should have advised us beforehand that it will cost that much.
