Would not recommend receptionist was rude would not let me book an appointment. Rang Imed in belconnen best thing I ever did. I will never come back to this clown show

I went to this imaging place today. Reception lady was nice and friendly. The man that would have completed my scan lacked people skills and no empathy. I do get nervous before hand. I don't move around. He could have easily put me at ease with a few kind words to ensure me everything will be ok even add a joke and talk me through the process. Worried he would be sticked with a needle. Will not be back!!

I rang and also went there personally before the test, bad attitude keep telling me not to go there when she was busy. When I went there late afternoon papers were lost, I had to wait for five other who came later than me and when I asked she said others made appointment which was a lie. Why didn't she tell me to make appointment when I rang and went there to enquire twice before the day of procedure. I had no food in the morning and have a broken knee. I broke down and cried and she has no sympathy.

What's the point of making appointment if you are seen half an hour later than your scheduled appointment?? Wasn't even crowded! My appointment was at 4pm, I was there 10 mins earlier and finally got seen at 4:30 for a CT scan.

Hopeless I was caller 16 today 22/6/2020 waited 26 minutes until I was caller 1 then the call dropped out???!!!

Horrible customer service I was on hold 3 seperate times and hung up on. To then finally get onto an extremely rude receptionist when I told her I needed to pull up my details on my phone for a medical claim she said "how about you call me when you're more organised" and then proceeded to hang up on me. I can definitely say I will never go here for any medical imaging.

Very under-trained and uninformative administrative staff. First told me to pick up the films during Christmas 27-29, and only found out they would not be open until 8 Jan 2018 when I stood in their front door; also told me my refund would be automatically transferred back to my account the next day, which nothing happened as at today (8th Jan 2018). When I called in to ask questions, the person who answered phone went with the usual bad customer service tone: "that has nothing to do with us, and I don't know why you were told these. Couldn't possibly answer your question." Not sure if they're monopoly in the ACT market, but I would strongly urge a reform in their work process, training, or if there is another group that I can go. Very bad experience and wasted a lot of time.

Good experience, I made a booking, my phone disconnected from my side twice, they called back twice until appointment was finalised.
