Hays we're fantastic and treated me with a lot of respect and did the best to place me in a job Sadly the department of education that I was placed at wasn't very nice Their training amount to a whole heap of e learning modules made for the job networks and a whole lot of this isn't written down cause we assume you should know it despite it being a proprietary system that you won't ever use unless you work for them. The trainer wasn't even their for a week and no one really seemed to know what to do with me, I tried learning the system and not even 3 weeks into my training I was asked to leave... Personally department of education didn't really give me a fair go I was trying my hardest and getting more and more anxious cause the support I was getting felt very minimal... I had worked at dhs prior and was give nearly 3 months to learn the system and only left after the proficiency was wiped and I struggled to get it back. Frankly I've been left with a bitter taste for government departments now and I no longer know where I fit into society, I really will say hay gave it their all though I harbour no ill feelings with has but I am left feeling horribly miss treated by the government departments I've giving my all for
