Oven on the road. So hot u can't sit. Paid for a premium seat.. guess what there is no premium seat.. just plain rip off.. never use this bus. I seriously hope they stop scamming innocent travellers.

Clean cabin, rarely packed, comfortable. One star taken off because the wifi often doesn't work, but good seats and convenient USB charging ports. The cabins have been refitted to make everything more sanitary for covid. They have extremely limited routes now now but there's always lots of room. I'd make it 4.5 stars if I could as not too bothered about wi-fi.

Got a trip today from Canberra to Sydney. Drivers name was Brian I think he was new. Really sweet man, kind and friendly to passengers. We had short delay and he explained the mechanic was working on it and assured me I would make my flight in Sydney. Fantastic smooth trip. The seating was clean and tidy and he was helpful with baggage. 5star experience. Thankyou from a happy customer.

I had a trip from Sydney to Melbourne which stopped here. Great service and bus drivers each time. Clean bus and friendly people. Great price for traveling around state or country. I will be using Greyhound again for my travels here in Australia and in The States.

The terminal is well located, close to the tram and other local bus stops. The busses tend to leave on-time or earlier, if they are full, so get there well before the scheduled departure time. There is a waiting area with seats, but they fill up quickly. There are a few options for food and drinks in and around the terminal.

Love this centre, good selection of stores. Its my hang out mostly. Only problem washrooms at the extreme ends, the location of certain washrooms is just hard to reach quickly. But overall clean and safe
