i did a walk in with Mikaela a few months ago and she was wonderful! she was super friendly and did a beautiful job. it healed perfectly with the hustle butter i bought from them too (faster than my other tats!). every time i've been in (for piercings, tats, or with friends) the staff have been so lovely.

This is one of the most progressive tattoo places in Canberra. Has good vibe and an awesome set for a place that is located in the city. Does a lot of work to support the local community and enages with the community a lot. Also does a lot to reduce waste and use more environmentally friendly ways to do tattoos. I had mine done by Scarlett. She was amazing and would highly recommend.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at this studio! Lishy was communicative and friendly, and 110% committed to working with me to create a tattoo that I love. I am beyond in love with the result. The studio was bright and clean, and all staff were lovely. I received a warm and professional welcome when I arrived, and Gina behind the desk was super helpful and professional throughout the whole experience. highly recommend

Great studio with kind and helpful staff. Wait times can be long but for such a buzzing studio that is to be expected. With such close proximity to the Canberra center, cafes and bars there's so much available to keep you occupied. I always feel comfortable in studio and appreciate how hard everyone seems to work. Plus LOVE the fact that all the staff seem like one big happy family, such awesome vibes. Anyway, suffice to say I LOVE Freestyle!!! Thanks guys!!!! :)

This is a very professional tatoo studio. A great place to get your first tattoo because you are taken through the process before any ink is applied. When the work has been completed the aftercare process is clearly explained. You get to come back for a free follow-up visit in case the work needs a touch up. The artists are top rate.

The girls were so nice and easy going, the receptionist is so lovely! Kaila couldn’t be any better, kept me calm and perfect placement.

Honestly just had the most wonderful piercing experience ever. The receptionist was lovely, and the piercer, Kaila, was about to go home but she squished me in even though she was about to leave. She took good care of me and my helix piercing :) Any future piercings will be with her!

Had such a good experience this morning!!! Came for a piercing walk-in and both the receptionist and piercer were so lovely and helpful - I was very indecisive about placement but in the end left with two piercings will definitely be back because everyone here is amazing!
