Love the comfort of Ecco shoes! Caterina, Katelyn and the team at the Canberra Centre store are fantastic and always make me feel welcome in their store, even if I don't always buy something. The team is always great and have some great knowledge of the product (which you don't find often nowadays!) Or if they're not sure they try their best to find out for you.

We were in the shop looking for a pair of black shoes of particular style. Liz helped us in our search and we want to applaud her for her strong sense of service and helpfulness. Liz worked very hard to meet our needs with the outcome being that we are going to another Ecco outlet to try a shoe since Liz's store didn't have our needed size. She even arranged the shoe to be held for us in the other store. Well done, Liz and thankyou for our pleasant and rewarding experience!
