Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have had just under 50 items framed by Civic Proframe over the last two years. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and for the subject matter expertise they have shared, resulting in a much better end result than would have been achieved left to my own devices/selections. Thanks from a very happy customer.

Fantastic service and they really know their stuff! They've got lots of framing options and Andrew helped me pick frames and mats that really bring out the character of my artwork. I've had a few pieces framed there now, won't trust anyone else with my art. Also good to know I can still get my film developed without having to mail it interstate, I think they're the last dev lab in Canberra. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service and quality work here - love the team at Proframe. I've had one off pieces and exhibition work framed, mounted and matted here and always been very happy. Thanks Andrew!

They don't develop black and white film. Worse: after many, many years of loyal patronage, (framing / printing / art purchases) they could not seem to care less. The response I got was "no, we don't do that," I would suggest that "Sorry, we don't do that" might have met the minimum standard. I am looking at 5000 dollars worth of framing I've had these people do over the years, and they did not evidently give two hoots. As an alternative developer I suggest Black and White Photographics in Adelaide.

About 6 months I had a photography exhibition that required some of my work to be framed. Went in store and was quoted for the work required and was told that I needed a deposit, which was fine and I was happy with that charges. It was suggested I leave my work with them as I required some prints to be installed. I organised for the deposit to be paid to find out the amount for the deposit was different to what I was orginally told and that they were unable to find the paperwork for the quote that I had recieved. I then asked where my prints were to which they replied 'I don't know' with a totally indifferent tone and I had to wait til the next day to be told where my prints were. Fast forward to today when I removed the 'glass' from one of the large frames to find that it was plastic installed in my main exhibition piece. During the discussion I had when I got quoted I asked if there was glass already in the frames or if that was an extra charge to which they explained it was included, apparently not. I paid over 1200 with this business for them to lose my work and change deposit amounts 3 days before my exhibition along with charge me 130 for a frame and fitting for it not to have glass in it. It's appalling. The only good thing I have to say is the elderly gentleman helped me put my work in my car and that they got the framing done quickly.
