I could strongly recommend the service and skill of professionals from the Computer Doctors. Though not simple they managed to identify and correct a number of issues, made recommendations and upgrades that would assist in the future operation of my computer. They were competitively priced and it was Money well spent this is a company that I would use again in a moment, but hopefully not too soon again.

Really attentive and caring staff. Convenient home service, including pick up and delivery of computer. Staff worked with me to determine a solution that suited me. Very happy with the service.
Now I employed this company two years ago to fix a crashed laptop. The fact that they just sent me a newsletter after unsubscribing three times I thought, "you know what, maybe I should save others the trouble I had" so here we are. The laptop that I asked to be repaired took me three phone calls and two appointments to get them to actually come to my home. When they did, they took the laptop away after not being able to fix the problem and not three days that they promised but three weeks. numerous phone calls with the tech who didn't seem to know what he was doing only managed to prove correct when he finally bought the laptop back with the wrong operating system installed. He did try to tell me I was wrong and that I did not know what operating system I had installed on the laptop I had been using regularly for three years. Yeah good one. Then when I rang the office to try and get this rectified they first wanted to charge me for it and then abused me over the phone. numerous calls and numerous abusive conversations. Maybe two years on they are better but perhaps if it was me I wouldn't roll the dice.
Canberra Computer Doctors are wonderfully professional, and quickly and cost-effectively helped save my laptop. I would absolutely use their services again - though of course I hope I don't need to! Responding to my call-out in the shortest possible time, their representative was personable and honest, and their efforts to repair and ultimately save my laptop were very thorough. Without their hard work, I would be in a world of pain and likely without much of my important data. Nobody plans on booking a computer repair firm, because nobody plans on needing a computer repair. If you're in trouble and need a fast and effective computer repair solution, however, you absolutely can't go past Canberra Conputer Doctors.
I rang up and got a very friendly answer with a quick and to-the-point questioning about my issues before booking an appointment within 24 hours of calling. My issue was a bit more serious than a quick session as it was hardware-failure related but I was given advice on where to go after they'd done what they could. Julian was super friendly and told me what he was doing as it happened, and explained it well to someone with a limited understanding of computers! Fast and friendly service :)

Wayne is an absolute legend! CCD really helped me out when my computer went to hell, they were very friendly and kept me informed when I wanted an update on progress. Highly recommend, would goto again
My computer is essential for both work and study purposes. I use CCD every time I've stuffed something up (which is more often than I'd prefer :-)) - they're quick, professional and knowledgeable... and patient.
