Great prices and service. Unfortunately the 9th gen gigabyte B365M D3H motherboard my husband bought, only 2 of the 4 DDR4 RAM slots work. He has taken the computer to a tech expert and they diagnosed, channel A would not post whilst ram was installed in channel A. Having tried contacting Best Price Computers repeatedly the following day, after my husband purchased the motherboard and after the fault was diagnosed all subsequent phone calls have gone un answered. If some one could respond and get in contact, that with be greatly appreciated.

Had Laptop with keyboard not functioning. They were able to fix the issue within one day. Charged minimal price needed for identifying the issue, and did not charge extra for fixing it.
