After taking 90 minutes to tell me my anxiety was the cause of my tinnitus, I was then charged 65 dollars more than expected for my appointment which raised my anxiety and increased the intensity of my tinnitus. Thank you Canberra Audiology! So what do you get for 260 at Canberra Audiology? Very little really, a couple of pamphlets, a breathing exercise and advice to see a psychologist. It should have taken about 30 minutes but was somehow dragged out to 90 minutes for that extra fee. They're a little bit sneaky and deceitful. The indifferent response from the receptionist when I asked about the price was that they quote 'from' 195. It may have been a more positive experience if they were up front about their costs and gave you the choice as to the length of the session.

I can not speak more highly of the team at Canberra Audiology, they have taken such great care of all of my elderly father's hearing needs. No issue is too big or too small. They helped him find the right type of hearing aids which do everything he needs at a reasonable price. (He had previously been sold some from another audiologist which were twice the price and hardly worked.) He now will only go to Canberra Audiology and travels from interstate (when needed) for his check ups. Big thanks to Yan, Kim and all the staff, keep up the great work team!

Friendly service were only to willing to assist me and were very quick in assisting me and rectifying a small issue that that occurred. Can and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Initial appt for hearing test went well. The Audiologist was kind and attentive with 95yo with poor hearing. Appt was made in 3 weeks time for hearing aid fitting. We were annoyed and surprised to get phone call on the day of appt asking what the appt was for. Transpired that, in error, hearing aids had not been ordered. However Kim and D-Marie and other staff went out of their way to sort the problem for us, ordering hearing aids and a new fitting appt asap, and kept us informed throughout the process. We were fortunate that D made herself available to expedite new appt, which went very well with good result. D was very helpful and informative. Our situation was resolved quickly. We appreciated the effort made to provide service and the quality of the care. All good.
