Warmly welcomed by receptionist, came in for a very small job to fix my glasses, expected to pay them for their services. They then advised me that they were not going to charge me anything. Great to see some real good old fashion CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will go back there next time when I am in Canberra. Will definitely recommend them to anybody.
