Oh my goodness Dr Nive is so so brilliant! She is so knowledgeable and has the most calming, reassuring nature. I went in for an implanon removal and she performed the procedure so quickly and painlessly, I hardly knew it had happened! Great staff, good atmosphere and 11/10 for the fabulous Dr Nive!! :D Thank you

The services and staff are so helpful, informative, friendly and professional. I just really wish this place or sexual health in general are funded more by the government so then they could offer even better services like implementation of online booking and larger opening hours.

I've been coming here regularly for several years and while having a check up is somewhat off putting, my most recent visit was unpleasant and is the reason it will be my last. Careless and disorganised business which includes a lack of knowledge of how the services they provide function. Several inappropriate or rude staff including the arrogant male receptionist. It's a shame that feedback means nothing because they'll still receive funding regardless of the bad service they provide. They don't deserve it.
It's like the staff is required to have good banter. Best clinic in Sydney.
