Have used these guys twice now, had the most complicated curtain job for two story high curtains which nobody wanted to touch. The guys did an awesome job and the results speak for themselves.
Terrible after sale customer service. Had issues with large blinds installed that kept falling down apparently due to my feature wall, so let that go and left the blinds off. Now i have called multiple times over 2 months to get 2 motorised blinds serviced as they are not working and they are still under warranty but they refuse to call back/respond. Have finally given up and lodged a complaint with fair trading. EDITED to add response to below: Hi Ryan, i have left many messages with the owners Deb and to John including yesterday morning and to date i have not received any calls/responses back, until now from you after this review, so pretty poor customer service after i've spent over 45K with your company. EDITED Unlike the initial contacts I was dealing with, Ryan from Mansours organized to have all faults repaired and covered under warranty as it should have been. It was unfortunate that it took this review and a lot of my time to sort this out, but happy it is finally resolved so 1 to 3 stars now.
Couldn’t be happier with our new blinds and sheers. Ryan was incredibly patient and made several trips to the house whilst we deliberated over designs and fabrics. Their fabric choice was superior to competitors - especially sheers - and they were willing to negotiate on price. Installation was smooth and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend.
Cannot fault my experience with Mansours - from the consultation to the product knowledge, price competitiveness and the final product. I'm thrilled with my new curtains - they are even better than I could ever have imagined. Thank you!

From the moment I walked in, the young ladies were attentive and ensured that I knew they were there to help (though they did not bother me till they saw I was ready to talk). I noticed that the same professional approach was given to other guests who came in after me.
