I completely lost erectile function after being assured and guaranteed otherwise. Furthermore, I've recently learned that my cancer was stage 2 and surgery wasn't necessarily the best option according to another urologist. "Robotic surgeon" - definitely robotic, and impersonable - having interrupted my wife when she asked about radiation treatment and insisted upon this surgery! Avoid at all costs!

Scott performed a robotic prostatectomy , together with the 'robo sling' on me 4 weeks ago. Having been exposed to cancer by way of a charity for many years the cancer was not my biggest concern. I knew that a skilled & experienced surgeon like Scott would do his best to sort out the cancer. It was the major side effect of incontinence that had me worried (especially after seeing others battle with it post prostatectomy surgery). Scott carried out the Robo Sling procedure during surgery. He gave no guarantee that the procedure would work but for me it was a gamble worth taking as the downside was the normal post operative hurdles. I have been dry both day & night since the procedure with only a very minor leak maybe one or twice a week . I have used the pads provided at night time as a precaution but I am now happy to throw them away as they are not needed. Cancer can be depressing enough as it is. It not only tries to destroy a patient, it also has a fair crack at their relationships , families and mindset. For me, Scott & 'Robo Sling' belted one major cause of depression out of the park! Scott & his team (Sully (reception) & Louise (Nurse)) were a pleasure to attend. A great combination of skill, compassion, understanding & delivery. It is exactly one year since Dr Leslie operated on me. The operation was 100% successful, and post-operative care was exemplary. Communication with Dr Leslie and his team pre and post-op was consistent and reliable, and the outcome for me on this anniversary could not have been better. If there was a 6-star rating I would award it!
I can strongly recommend Dr Scott Leslie. Dr Leslie and staff were friendly, polite, competent and efficient. I had a kidney tumour, everything was well explained clearly beforehand, including the results afterwards. A great surgeon and very well recommended.

I had a major prostate cancer and Dr leslie Preformed the operation with the most personal and professional skills if I had not been advised to go to Scott I don't think I would have said yes but from the moment I spoke to him in his rooms I was totally in his hands as you could see this surgeon was going do all in hands possible to get you well. I can't thank him enough for looking after me
Dr Scott Leslie removed my prostrate in early July 2016.The entire procedure has progressed smoothly and successfully.He has been thorough and very clear in his explanations of the diagnosis and treatment. My recovery has been rapid and successful which I believe is due to his technique and modern approach to this procedure.Robotic surgery is definitely less invasive and recovery in my case rapid and successful.
