Last week we bought a tap and sink from Designer Homewares. The prices were definitely competitive and they had a good selection to look at, all laid out nicely. The customer service in the store was knowledgable and attentive. However, when we ordered, the product was to come three days later. When it didn't come and the work was commencing on our kitchen, I called three separate times and each time was promised a call back. It's been a week now and no updates, no return phone calls. The last update was that the sink should come 'sometime soon'. My kitchen is completely dismantled and it all hinges on the arrival of my late products. As well, we were charged on the spot, before receiving the goods. Tomorrow I will cancel my order and expect a refund if there is no change in the status. I hope that Designer Homewares reads this review and it spurs them to pick up the phone.
