I went into Zing with my partner last Thursday and I absolutely have to commend Xander (Alexander) on his exceptional customer service! It was so busy in there as it's leading up to Christmas, but that did not hinder his positive attitude at all. He went of his way to retrieve a product for us, without feeling rushed and checked up on us several times during our shopping. He was so helpful and easy to talk to, we had a laugh and it made our shopping experience so enjoyable. He definitely stands out and I can see him making a great impact in your store

I would just like to give a shout out to the young women on today. I had a click and collect to pick up, and unfortunately they didn't have the shirt i was after in stock. They were very apologetic. Working in retail, i know things like wrong amount of stock being sent is definitely an issue so i was really not fussed, things like this happen, especially now with the christmas rush. I just asked if i could swap it out for another and they were happy to do so. I ended up coming back 10 minutes later to grab more stuff because of how amazing their customer service was even while being run off their feet.

Very friendly, well informed staff re items for sale and various shows, characters etc. A pleasure to go to as being wheelchair bound, some zing stores are rather cramped and make me overly nervous, scared of kicking and breaking items- but this one has a lot of space which makes me not as scared to browse lol Overall this is one of our favourite zing stores throughout NSW and QLD. Also made to feel welcome upon visiting.
