Ordered at approx. 2:30 in the afternoon for a 5:45 delivery. I watched on the app to see how the order was going and it was out of the oven at 5:30. At this stage it was great and expected delivery to be on time. HOW WRONG WAS I ! The delivery guy turned up at almost 6:15 with a sheepish look on his face but no apology or excuse for being late. With delivery being 45 minutes after food was cooked, needless to it was stone cold. I called the Campbelltown store twice after receiving the food to complain but as usual no one answered the phone. Subsequently I contacted the 131166 number and placed an official complaint. At this stage I was informed that the store manager would call me back as they had no success in contacting the store either. It is now day 3 of my wait for the Campbelltown store manager to contact me. If my order had been small and easy to reheat I would not have been so annoyed, but my order was over 80 and included ribs and pasta, not an easy fix with kids complaining about how hungry they were.

Value for money;Great deal for 22.50 we received 2 pizzas and resch's choc chip warm cookie. The first pizza was a cheese pizza and the 2nd was a spicy chicken pizza. Both were tasty cooked well and the service was fast and the girl on the counter was friendly (9pm Friday). Will be back. Cleanliness; counters clean, surface and floor clean. Service; fast, friendly as mentioned above. Xfactor; fast service and great prices when I pickup yourself. 5 out of 5!
barely cooked and if you want delivery be prepared to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes even if you live 4mins away. Oh and my order was wrong.
Very nice food
Horrid taste and presentation. Bacon was so tough you couldn't chew it. It was more like jerky! Would not recommend.
I find Rosemeadow much better they put a lot more topping at Rosemeadow
This Pizza hut is one of places you love and hate, Pizza can be deliciously Perfect or extraordinarily bland. Yes hit and miss.. If i can make a suggestion a Key question that should be added when taking an order, would be "would you like extra sauce with your pizza" greatly appreciated.
