This is one of the best I’ve ever been to! So much variety and the customer service is awesome! Not to mention, the vet is a plus and makes going to appointments and stocking up so much easier! My little girl also loves to sniff around while we wait :)

Take my girl here for a bath, cheap affordable and good selection with bathing her and easy to use. She hates baths but so much easier here to get the job done quickly. Great customer service to.
Their price match promise is definitely a plus, I am a loyal customer. With 5 cats, 5 fish and 1 bird they have everything I need in one shop. The staff are fantastic and are always willing to help and very professional I highly recommend Petbarn in Campbelltown.

Came into the store for info on Tick collars and Treatments due to this new Tick going around.. I spoke to Daniella and wow very friendly and helpful.. My details weren't fully up to date so she fixed that.. If she was unsure of anything she spoke to another staff member or looked it up.. Daniella even recommend some other products for worming etc.. I had a great experience and recommend the staff in this store especially Daniella as she is helpful and knowledgeable.. Thank you
Unfortunately the cat food I get is being discontinued, asked the sales representative of another choice and found her to be very helpful and honest. This is one reason we shop at Petbarn.
We love Petbarn Campbelltown. Friendly professional staff with great level of quality advice. Winchester is so good and very helpful with in-depth knowledge and generous time to get the topic clear. Highly recommend.
