Please do not give your hard earned money to this company, we bought a brand new LDV 4 weeks ago, so rude never recieved any phone calls as to when it was due in had to call them Everyday to ask then after promising the rego details would go into my husbands name, when we pick the car up the rego papers were in my name. Now they are refusing to do anything they have taking no responsibility for what they promised and the sales manager just hung up on me, call that professional. I have never ever in my private or professional career dealt with such rude people. Happy to take our money, after sales service (there is none what a joke) and still waiting for the sports roll bar 4 weeks later what blaming Covid nice try. I will make as many people as I can to stay well away from this company they are really not worth your money wether it is 500 or 50,000, your service should never change or be compromised. SHAME ON YOU..

Ricky was very helpful and allowed me to bring my car in earlier. I told nissan that i needed my car done within a few hours and they did accommodate this
I do not recommend this dealership. Went in on a Saturday looking to trade in our car with the intention putting the rest on finance. 3 salesperson walked past us 3 times without offering help or service. We looked online and there was a car we really like from there so we went back the next day and decided to give them another chance. Gary was super lovely and we appreciated his service but it stopped from there. They try to offer us 36k on my husband car for the trade in although we told them the dealership next door to them offered us 42k. The rude salesperson continued to talk bad about the company saying the car is not good and they buy it from a hired car company and that’s why they could give us a high price. He then try to compare the 2 cars we want to buy and bad mouthing the car we want to buy next door instead. Mind you the company is Paul Wakeling. We left macarthur Nissan and we went to Liverpool and bought a car and with a better service!!!!!!

Walked up to a salesman on Saturday 27th March and asked to test drive a xtrail and was asked to wait, 5 minutes later the salesman said he a an appointment but pointed to another salesmen and said he will help me after introducing myself he to told me to wait a minute, 5 minutes later i see him showing other clients around. On his way back to show room he says he will only be another minute or so, I waited in total close to 30 minutes before walking out. I Also email macarthur nissan on Sunday to enquire on one of the xtrail they had in the car yard and its now 3 days later and no response. I could not recommend these guy's to anyone I actually ordered my car yesterday from parramatta nissan.
Service done . Car washed and cleaned . Cost Ok . I'm pleased with the service and the people who worked on the car
Where do we start? Excellent, professional, accomodating and Garry (Gazza)... top-notch bloke. Took the time and effort to give us the right information to make our own minds up. Not “pushy” type sales, just facts and let the rig sell itself. Can’t thank you and the Nissan enough making this the easiest and least stressful investment I’ve ever made!
