I order heaps of stuff through Campbelltown Hobbies. They are the only hobby store I've dealt which have been helpful and TRUTHFUL with me. Their customer service is excellent, with communication being number one. If they don't have something in stock, they ring me and ask if I would like to substitute/discuss other options. Furthermore, I recommend these guys to anyone looking for anything R/C related. They will look after you for sure. Thanks for the excellent service guys. I appreciate it.

Unreal.I had a cry about other stores and they went above to rectify my problem.I will get my goods from here from now on.Other stores say in stock hope there warehouse has it.x2 in 1 week this has happened on a bid based foreign site.Doesnt happen here what you see is what you get. Any Problems just call them or email they actually reply fast.

Racing season in Victoria has recently resumed, went through the job list for the 5 cars that we campaign and over the course of the last 2 weeks have had 2 large orders placed and delivered within a 24hr period. Absolute amazing customer service. Thanks to the team at Campbelltown Hobbies.
Fantastic products and service. I ordered online on a Friday and had the kit I ordered on the Monday. Unfortunately I had an issue with the kit that was missing parts, however I contacted the store and Michael called me back the same day and sorted me out and I had a replacement for the missing parts just over a day later.
Red carpet service given by staff they go out of their way to make sure your experience with them is amazing, excellent product range and that are actually 'in-stock' as well. Very good pricing and fastest shipping possible. I'm so glad I found them and really look forward to shopping again there soon, they'll be my go-to hobby shop from now on.
