Love this place compared to cash converters. They always check and test their stuff before selling and its the only place I can buy ps2 games and xbox 360 games as its getting harder to track. Just wish they can sell ps1 games that would be amazing

THE VOUCHERS DONT WORK, WHEN BUYING ONLINE. Ive tried 3 vouchers after selling a load of games and they don't register as valid. Cex are very hard to contact, they don't even have a store number to contact or any customer assistance,. I tried ringing some of the stores like the Liverpool and Westfield liver said they don't have a phone number!! what a joke!! where is your customer service? why take our goods and give faulty vouchers? where can I contact anyone ? no answers, hopeless.
The staff at the store are continuously rude and change prices when already quoted. Would definitely not recommend. They made selling my phone such a struggle and we spent an hour at the store waiting for the phone to be sold. The staff were rude and condescending
No phone numbers, so risking covid exposure just to find out they don't have what I'm searching for! Pathetic customer service at Campbelltown store with extremely rude staff. Definitely NOT shopping here. Will tell everyone I know NOT to shop here!

I love this place heaps, cheap movies and a great selection of games and electronics plus the staff there go above and beyond to put customer service first...I 100 percent recommend this place
