All advertising says 24 hour drop off. Arrive at 1905 and the overlords on the gate say it’s now 7am-7pm. I have a full car of cardboard, don’t exactly live around the corner and now rather than sensible flexibility and customer service the Pratts minions are too scared of the cameras than helping out blaming everything from the cages being too full, to camera, to the hurt feelings of their truck drivers. Useless.

Over the 15 years I’ve been coming here I’ve seen a lot of changes but not 1 improvement.
24 hours operation however I tried dropping cardboard at 5:56 am on two occasions and boom gate closed and no one around to ask. It is frustrating I must say.
