We are already on to our third hose and not happy about it. The joint at which the plastic hose connects to the metal pipe seems to be the problem. However, the vacuum function is excellent..

These guys are soo freeken good. The unit is solid, never an issue with the unit, replaced hose after 5yrs of abuse. Anytime I've suspected an issue I take the unit there and they test it out for me without a fuss. Just take it there and instant service. I have the bag less model 850 I think
