Jentec Elevators

I have moved to a unit that Jentec is the provider for elevators. All the residents are going through a big hassle ,even having no choice but to move out as elevator is constantly broken down, each time it takes them more than a day to send a mechanic to fix it, as manager informed me they haven't fixed the matter and they had to go to court , but all these families being in trouble is not right and such a matter should not be delayed by process of going through court etc
