Sets the bar on service and communication. Shirley at the front desk is friendly, helpful, honest re time frames and responds quickly to communications. I'm a non-professional home handyman so Ivan in the factory took his time to provide great advice and options regarding the application and use of their products. Pricing: Asked for a custom profile and the price compared to a competitor in Melbourne was less than half the cost. After sales service - I inadvertantly over ordered and contacted the company who had already started manufacture of our order, scrapped MY MISTAKE and refunded the difference in cost. If you ever need foam mouldings I highly recommend Foamworks - a great company to deal with.
