bought wind defletor.broke first time used . importer replaced, bit caravan centre would not refund money. 8 months. 2 solicitor letters, 3visits to store.120 expences out of pocket.total 350 NOT HAPPY CARAVAN CENTRE. NICE WAY TO TREAT RETIREES

Problems with our 2009 Elite .from day 1 not completed under warranty...... unhappy with suggestion of trading it/selling privately, then paying 60,000 to trade up. No quotes given or estimates for repairs. NO Customer service or consideration. Just out to makes sales & huge
