My daughter was looking at a new float and she contacted mark. He said there was 1 that was nearlly ready, so she made a time to travel to the showroom to see what they looked like and to order one. After a 3 hour trip and half a day off work we arrived to find out, sorry we sold it. Grr. Is it too hard to make a phone call and say they had sold it and would she be interested in another one. Apparently it is. Oh well for the courtesy of a ph call they lost a sale and she has now purchased from somewhere else. What even is customer service these days. Very dissappointing.

We have found both Mark and Terry to be exceptional in their service. Their time spent with us was important as they ensured we were wel informed about the features of our new float we adore. Could not recommend highly enough. Many thanks.

I was looking for a horse float. Saw a lovely 2 horse angle Stallion Float which was advertised on Horse Floats Mornington facebook page. So I sent them a message and telephoned to make an appointment (Wed 20/02/2019). They were apparently advertising the float on behalf of Campbell Floats who took the float as a trade-in. Campbell floats were not available on the Thursday night so I made an appointment to see the float on Friday night (22/02/2019). Without even consulting me or giving me the courtesy of putting a deposit down or making a decision they sold the float to someone else. It shows a complete lack of business ethics. Whilst I know that money talks, the fact that they did not even give me the opportunity to try and bring the appointment forward or make a decision they simply sold it. I would never deal with these people. I will be ordering a new float from another manufacturer who shows some business ethics. If this is how they treat customers I would not want to be dealing with them at all.
