My hubby and i recently dined here and we loved it from the amazing food, service and staff however we have one constructive criticism to the owner who took our order. We ordered the Steak with potato and cream sauce She asked us what sauce we would like with this order and we replied what options we do have. We ordered the Red wine jue which was delicious but noticed our cream sauce was not on the table Upon asking where is was the owner replied "You ordered the Red wine jue, i thought this was the sauce you wanted" however we also ordered a side dish of beans with almonds but still expected the potato's to arrive on the plate with the cream sauce as this is what was written is included After she went and got us the cream sauce she made us feel like it was our fault that she misunderstood which put a sour taste in my mouth I work in customer service and i know that the customer is always right however in this circumstance i was right and she was being unprofessional.

This definitely isn't fine dining. The decor needs updating. I think it's the same since I visited 20 years ago. The cutlery is like something you'd expect at a roadside diner. I ordered the veal marsala - veal is supposed to be soft and tender, instead the veal i had was leathery a little like beef jerky. The sauce was so salty you could barely taste the marsala. It came with a side of veges with no seasoning except for the potatoes which were lightly gratinated with cheese. The service was pretty good. But the food was largely disappointing.
I enjoyed this restaurant so much!!! The staff were very friendly and patient, the restaurant was beautifully set out. One of the meals we ordered was the chicken schnitzel and chips, which were cooked to perfection. The pizzas - margarita, vegetarian and supreme, we ordered were cooked really well (you can really tell the difference between fast food pizza and this pizza), made with a lot of effort and patience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to have for lunch or dinner!!!
The food was magnificent, the service excellent considering the restrictions because of COVID - the wine list is excellent! It is hard to see the government supporting business but restaurants seem to have been forgotten! A great evening! We enjoyed two fabulous meals and continued excellent service during the evening.
