I went to see a counsellor who was getting trained and she kept making negative gestures and looking at the clock all the time. She also shouted at me. Also the receptionist said that I didn't pay for the consulting service but I had the receipt. She left a message shouting on the phone.
Not impressed, this place is nothing more than a training place for wannabee psychologists, hence the name Institute. There is no shortage of more professional places that can offer superior counselling and psychology services.
Two Christmases and many phone calls later, I am still waiting for a response to my application for a Masters course! Very poor and unprofessional.
