Couldn't be happier with our new floors thanks to the Floorworld Camberwell team. Wasn't the easiest of jobs given the difficulties that come with access and space in an apartment but Adam from Floorworld made the process nice and easy with the recommendation of a great flooring option and using Richard to come in for the removal of old carpets, levelling of subfloor and installation of the new flooring.

Floorworld had great choice, prices and customer service as they worked with us throughout our house renovations. They installed carpets in the rooms that were finished and came back to do the rest of house when Reno completed. Floorworld made the flooring process easy for us during our renovations. Have just had my second story carpet removed and replaced by Camberwell Floorworld, and every part of the process exceeded my expectations! I'm so happy! Adrian was fantastic. He understood my requirements, took into account my needs and my budget, and was so easy and friendly to talk to. He was prompt, and kept me up to date the whole time. The carpet itself is gorgeous, and the laying was amazing. Couldn't fault the whole experience! Highly recommend, and have already!
Ordered a custom runner for our staircase. The team were fantastic to work with throughout the process and the attention to detail when dealing with a not particularly straight set of stairs fastidious - the end product is amazing and we are delighted. Thank you Dean and Mark.
Absolutely fantastic service and tradespeople - I would highly recommend the team here for anyone looking for new flooring. The whole process was simple and painless, including the installation where I was offered assistance in moving furniture back after Josh had spent the day laying the floorboards which was amazing! Being in an apartment block getting anything done can be tricky from location, access and getting in the way of the neighbours but nothing was too much trouble for Josh – in fact he went out of his way to make things work! Big thanks to Dean as well for the helpful advice at each step of the decision making. Would definitely recommend you going to Camberwell Floorworld!
Terrible terrible service and tradespersons. Would not recommend this company to anyone that wants vinyl laid professionally. After completion (two weeks) a few problems arose,floor started to pop up,they were not interested in coming back to fix work. looked to blame others,everything was not there problem.Always blaming others. Plenty of other companies in the phone book.I will upload some photos later.
