Such a relief to find a store that caters to my awkward bra size ! This is now my go to place for bras. The staff are very professional with the only downside being long waits for fittings at times. Special mention to Sarah from customer for helping me with after sale service and Matilda for fitting me - even grabbing a white singlet that I could put over the bra to assess the shape. Highly recommended for larger bust sizes.

I received what felt like great service and fitting on the day, only to realise after wearing the bra that it is too big and not well fitted at all. Very annoyed as it's not a cheap bra. I rang to speak to someone about this and was told that customer service would ring me back. Five days later, I am still waiting. Very disappointed. Would not return to this store.

My partner has her profile on file in the store and it makes purchasing gifts for her very easy. Recently purchased a bra and bikini for her, all different sizes due to brand discrepancies. The staff were attentive and very helpful. There was a little hiccup when i came to pick up a store transfer - which happens. The staff handled it professionally and go it sorted out quick smart. Looking forward to gifting the items for xmas
Bra shops have nothing for my 17yo daughter who needs an 8G. The staff are sensitive to the needs of lean teenagers (bras & age appropriate bikinis for my daughter) & somewhat less-than-lean middle aged ladies (me). These ladies are the best fitters I've ever had & that includes specialist bra shops & Intimo consultants. The bras are great value too & last for ages
Thankyou so much to Kaitie C who with one look, knew my size. She picked a perfect bra for me and wasn't hesitant to find more styles etc. She was friendly and didn't mind when I said I didn't like a style. I left with the most beautiful, comfortable and full fitting bra! I dont think I'll be shopping anywhere else! Thankyou!
Gracie was amazing! I purchased 3 bras online during lockdown, all the same size but as always with bras they were all different fits. One fitted perfectly, the other was to big, & one to small. Gracie was fantastic helping find bras in similar styles where I was so much kore comfortable with the fit. The whole experience was just easy & stress free. Always highly recommend brava
Really disappointed with the process. Went to the Camberwell store which is a fair bit away from where I live only to be told I can’t try anything unless I’m seen by a fitter, and that no one is available for the rest of the day. I’m 6 months pregnant and my size has changed, I don’t need to see someone to tell me what fits me, I just need to be able to try things on by myself. What a waste of time!
