Asian guy was so rude. Very poor service, and wonder how he got trained to work in that posh Burke road area. Definitely, the owner will lose many customers because of this Asian guy. Please change this guy to improve your business. Rich flavours of ice cream and tastes good

The store is quite small and cramped, and there is not a massive selection of flavours. However the staff were friendly, and they were having some brand promotions with some quirky and creative icecream creations. I just had a simple scoop, and for 5 bucks it's not cheap, but damn it was some smooth delicious chocolatey icecream
Usually very good. Tonight, not so much. Always get the same thing so easy to compare quality. Brownie was firm and the ice cream melted way faster than usual despite the cooler weather. Overall disappointing tonight.
Tasty ice icream but very poor customer service. I thought of providing a detailed complaint, but that lady is not worth the time and effort. Guys having thick skin can enter that shop and make a purchase, or else be ready of ruining your day thereafter.
I visited this place after seeing a movie. They had a range of ice which included 'The Unicorn'. It was so popular that it sold out upon arrival. So I ordered the Macaron 'Love Potion #31. Basically it was a large 2 piece biscuit with the ice cream sitting in between. My ice cream was served on a carton tray with a plastic spoon. The biscuit and ice cream was pink. There was some candy and biscuit in the cream. Not too sweet. Just right. I loved it!
Under the previous management, Baskin-Robbins Camberwell was brilliant! Under the current management, there is zero concept of customer service.The staff are extemely rude and impatient. I tried to tell them that what they served me was not what I had asked for. They then attempted to argue otherwise. They had given me a two scoops in two different cups. They then refused to give me a single cup to put my two scoops in! The staff have no concept of customer service, common sense or pragmatism.
Great ice creams but very very rude customer service. We've been coming here a few times with our kids and usually it's a 30min drive...but geez would it hurt to say Hello... maybe a Hi how are you?... how about a thank-you? Nah, you won't get that here... Just a death stare or "what you want" as if we are lining up for free food and it's such a burden on the staff... Yesterday was the last time that we'll be going here. No one's expecting extraordinary service just service that is common and a given in a normal trade. If looks like we are not the only ones to experience this. It's a real shame.
