Beautiful, catholic Basilica in Melbourne, situated on a hill in Camberwell. White marble statue of Mary and the child Jesus absolutely divine, as is the whole church interior and exterior. Lovely and dedicated organist here also worth mentioning. May Our Lady of Victories, intercede for us .

The stained glass artwork is the most beautiful i have ever seen in my life. It depicts the life of the Virgin Mary, from little girl, to her adult life in the familiar blue headdress, to her ascension with her hair flowing gloriously. Stunningly detailed with subtle artistic subtext. However there were very few people inside, the website is not that easy to find information on and there don't seem to be any toilets. Easy parking.
