I have been seeing Kristen Ross for 10 years now and I can not put into words how amazing she truly is. She has guided me and helped me work through all of my personal and life challenges since I was 13 years old and I would not be the person I am today at 23 without her guidance, support and phenomenal expertise. She is a genuine, kind and caring person with her clients best interest at heart. She is amazing at what she does and has been a true blessing in my life. Before I first went to Kristen, I had so much built up anger, frustration and sadness mostly derived from childhood traumas and experiences which had effected my beliefs and general wellbeing. I was bullied throughout high school and suffered from depression and anxiety. I did not feel worthy of myself and I had absolutely no self-confidence. These are all things that Kristen helped me overcome and develop into a completely new, confident, calm, strong, determined and driven successful me. Kristen has also helped me majorly with relationship problems amongst countless other challenges life has thrown at me and has overall helped me become the best and happiest version of myself. I am so grateful of Kristen and I highly recommend her to anybody. She has an abundance of knowledge and wisdom and the results you achieve are precisely world-class and second to none.

Kristen has taken me so much further with my personal growth and self awareness than I'd have ever been able to go on my own. In the 4 months I've been seeing her my life has improved dramatically. I have a better understanding of how my past has played a part on who I am now, and how to shift old unhelpful beliefs and energies. She's help unblock particular chakra's and has helped balance out my energies. I highly recommend Kristen.
I have been seeing Kristen for the last 2 months and it has been a very positive experience. Kristen is professional and warm and makes you feel at ease. I have worked on a few issues with her, both physically and emotionally and have had great improvements afterwards, allowing me to work on the deeper layers at every visit. She uses Bush flower essences and I've been enjoying using those at home in between visits. I would highly recommend Kristen to anyone wanting to work with a kinesiologist.
Kristen is very personable and welcoming. My Kinesiology experience has been very eye opening. After only two sessions I am feeling more aware of my emotions and have been set homework to help deal with situations that arise. After leaving the sessions I feel lighter and more aware of what is occuring in the moment. I highly recommend Affinity Wellness to help relieve stress and anxiety and improve your overall wellbeing.
