I went to enquire about getting a used trailer inspected for reregistration. The mechanic that attended to me was nothing short of rude. It was quite obvious that unless you knew the answers to your questions, you were belittled and dismissed. I have dealt with the workshop before but the younger mechanic that attended me then was helpful and clearly was interested in encouraging a new customer. This was my first dealing with the older mechanic and I won't be returning again.
Friendly and honest service. Will definitely go there again.
