Rachel and the Suncoast Windows team could not have been more accommodating when we needed a door on short notice due to issues with other suppliers. Everything was communicated clearly, we had a fast turnaround and the door looks great!
We engaged this company 8 years ago to instal doors and windows in our renovation. Recently a handle broke for no apparent reason. They charged 75 for a replacement handle. Not to install just the handle. I picked it up. They told me that a handle should not last more than 8 or 9 years. ( How many times do we need to replace handles around our homes? I certainly don't replace them every 8 years and don't know anyone else who does.) Then charged me a credit card fee on top.of the 75. Also tried to tell me that I must have come home after too many beers and broken it. I wonder what prompted that comment? I feel as though I was the victim of profiteering. I guess they got my money years ago so saw no need to provide any further service.
As a DIY bloke I really appreciated Russ's help. The gas-strut 1800 x 1200 window we bought from them is really a thing of beauty! Great people to deal with - and nice to support a local industry!
